Residential and Commercial Carpet Cleaning

Whether you are a homeowner or a business owner, you want to make sure that your flooring is clean.  Carpets hold germs and other disgusting things that can cause allergies and illness.  The FDA recommends to have your floor cleaned, at a minimum, once a year.

ServiceMaster employs a hot water steam and extract carpet cleaning method that is recommended by the government and most major carpet manufacturers.  Our technicians are IICRC certified and trained to remove even the most stubborn spots.  Contact us today for an estimate and see why our customers say that it is the best cleaning they have ever gotten.

Our Process is Second to None

Step 1: Peace of Mind

First and most important, when the technician arrives he will be in uniform and in a ServiceMaster Clean yellow van.  He will have identification and has been through a rigorous background check.

Step 2: Walk Through

To ensure the proper cleaning methods and solutions, the technician will go through and test areas and carpet fibers.  They will make special note of spots to pay more attention to and let you know if there are any that they may not be able to get out.

Step 3: Pre-treating

One does not simply clean the rug!!! Our technicians then go through and pretreat tough spots.  In most cases, they are removed during this step.  These spots can include: Rust, Wax, Red Dies, Blood, Vomit, Urine, Excriment, high traffic areas, and more. This part is done before and after the cleaning.

Step 4: The Cleaning

Now for the cleaning, the technician will apply the cleaning solution.  We keep the shampoo separate from the water in our truck mount to ensure a clean and through rinse leaving no soapy residue. Then the technician will perform the hot water steam and extract.  We typically prefer to use our truck mounted extractor but we do have portables in the event that we are working on multiple levels.

"WOW!!! So clean, smells great. Saw what care the group gave to our belongings,

treated it like it was their home. Thank you."
